Simply roll out of bed and jump into the lift. Our apartment is just a few steps away from the gondola station. Numerous restaurants, bars, grocery stores, doctors and a pharmacy are also within easy walking distance.
Drink a hot tea on your balcony or relax your tired muscles in the sauna. With a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and all the amenities you need, our apartment offers everything for the perfect vacation.
We are the perfect place for your family vacation. From our apartment you can reach the gondola, grocery stores, restaurants, etc., as well as the KABOOOM leisure center, playgrounds and walking paths in just a few minutes' walk. Our spacious apartment also has enough space for the little ones to play. On request, we are happy to provide you with additional equipment such as high chairs, changing mats, baby cots and other things you may need.
Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - If you arrive later, please notify us in advance.
Check-out until 10:00 am on the day of departure

Local tax
Our prices are exclusive of local tax of € 2.60 per person and night from 15 years.
Pets
Pets are only allowed with prior arrangement and payment of a deposit.
Quiet times/noise
To ensure that everyone in the house has a pleasant holiday, we ask you to respect the quiet times. Quiet hours must be observed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., which means that music is not allowed outside, and music and conversations must be at room volume inside.
Payment
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
Final cleaning
We expect that the apartment is left tidy upon departure. For the final cleaning we charge an additional €100,- to the total price.
You can cancel your booking at any time before the start of your trip by submitting a written declaration and paying the cancellation fee.

To make your journey to us as relaxed as possible, we recommend that you use public transport. The easiest way is to take the train from anywhere to Jenbach, then change to the Zillertalbahn and from Kaltenbach station it is only 500m to us.
