We are the Zimmermann family - our house is run by Marisa, Markus and Felix in the third generation and as sports and outdoor enthusiasts you will experience a holiday with us that creates unforgettable memories with your family and friends.

Local tax
Our prices are exclusive of local tax of € 2.60 per person and night from 15 years.
Pets
Pets are only allowed with prior arrangement and payment of a deposit.
Quiet times/noise
To ensure that everyone in the house has a pleasant holiday, we ask you to respect the quiet times. Quiet hours must be observed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., which means that music is not allowed outside, and music and conversations must be at room volume inside.
Payment
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
Final cleaning
We expect that the apartment is left tidy upon departure. For the final cleaning we charge an additional €100,- to the total price.
You can cancel your booking at any time before the start of your trip by submitting a written declaration and paying the cancellation fee.

To make your journey to us as relaxed as possible, we recommend that you use public transport. The easiest way is to take the train from anywhere to Jenbach, then change to the Zillertalbahn and from Kaltenbach station it is only 500m to us.
